After a burst water pipe, the homeowners decided to repipe the entire house to reduce the risk of additional plumbing failures. The repiping required close to 40 openings in walls and ceilings throughout the house to access the existing water lines.

Once the plumbing work was completed, we repaired the drywall, matched the surrounding textures, and blended the repaired areas into the existing finishes.

During the kitchen portion of the repipe, the exterior plaster wall and shear wall needed to be opened in order to keep the kitchen cabinets in place. We repaired the structural sheathing and restored the plaster wall after the plumbing installation was complete.
