We converted an existing garage into a 560-square-foot accessory dwelling unit in Gardena. The homeowners had not yet established an interior design direction or selected finishes, so we helped them develop a color palette, review material options, and finalize the finish package before construction began.

The project included the complete build-out of the new living space, including the kitchen, bathroom, utilities, interior finishes, and other improvements required to turn the garage into a functional residential unit.

We originally estimated approximately three months for construction and completed the ADU within one week of the original target schedule.
